All recurring services have set monthly prices for the year. Project-based services will be charged per project. Pricing is determined at the beginning of the engagement.

Recurring services are automatically billed via ACH on the 20th of every month. Project-based services require a retainer at the start of the engagement and are billed on a milestone basis or upon completion.

For weekly bookkeeping, at the beginning of your engagement, a schedule will be set up so you know when to provide and receive communication. Monthly bookkeeping will be worked on in the weeks following the end of the month.

No, we do not! We do, however, have great partnerships with firms that do prepare tax returns and can provide a referral.
